Comparison of the Metal with the Ceramic Bond in the Metal Surface Treatment

Abstract
We have studied the combining relationship between the metal and the ceramic according to the method in the surface treatment by using the metal sandblasted with 2 kinds, the one grinded with the vera disc, and the one grinded with the stone point, when the used ceramic powder is found that average particle size appears almost similar we used the three kinds of the ceramics. In this case, the firing and the freezing conditions were input to be the same ones and whether the combination is made between the metal and the ceramic or not. we have observed to analyze.
The results come out as follows:
1. We can find out on the test results that the stone point grinding method shows better combining nature than the sand blasting one in the metal surface treatment.
2. And for others, We need to accelerate further study of the metal and the ceramics of the point of removing the carbon gas finding out that there exist the carbon gas, a small amount of which remains between the metal and the ceramics prior to their construction.
3. Upon freezing after firing the metal and the ceramic, it is a little bit more compensable for the combining power and for being broken to take them out of the ceramic fire place most slowly than their rapid freezing because of the different heat expansion ratio
